CH88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and CH88 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ch88.cam and all related services, content and functionality offered thereon.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or otherwise using the CH88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the CH88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

CH88 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform. It does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Pakistani users are solely responsible for verifying their legal obligations under applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an Account on CH88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or, where the operator's applicable license jurisdiction prescribes a higher minimum age, that higher minimum age. It is strictly prohibited for individuals below the applicable minimum age to register or use the Platform in any capacity.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a resident of, or otherwise subject to the laws of a jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use: You must use your Account exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party, corporation or any entity other than yourself is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on the Platform or any related platform. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent exclusion measures.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be suffering from a recognised gambling disorder, as determined by self-assessment or medical advice, which would make participation in gambling activities harmful to you.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

CH88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any eligibility criterion at any time, including valid government-issued identification such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is entitled to register and maintain one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household or payment method — are prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, CH88 may void balances and bonuses across all associated accounts and close all but the earliest registered Account.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. CH88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify CH88 of any unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). CH88 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing withdrawals, removing limits or at any other time deemed appropriate by the platform's compliance procedures. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid CNIC or passport, proof of residential address and a selfie or liveness check. You must submit documents only through the platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts that have not been accessed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormancy fees or administrative charges may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with the platform's applicable policies, subject to notification.

5.1 Accepted Methods. CH88 supports a range of deposit methods as displayed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Pakistani users may find references to familiar payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — these are referenced as contextually familiar options. Their availability in the actual cashier must be verified at time of deposit. Their mention does not imply that these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions.

5.2 Own Funds. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name and linked to your verified Account. Third-party deposits — whether from another individual, shared account or unverified source — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less applicable processing fees) and the Account being flagged for review.

5.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the platform and displayed in the cashier. Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits as part of their responsible gambling controls. Deposits are processed in PKR or the currency displayed at the time of transaction.

5.4 Currency. Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.

5.5 No Guarantee of Method Availability. CH88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method. Technical issues, provider downtime or regulatory factors may affect payment processing at any time.

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts that have met all applicable wagering requirements and complied with these Terms. CH88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method, verification status and the platform's internal compliance procedures. CH88 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. General categories of processing windows are as follows:

• E-Wallet / Mobile Wallet (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash): processing times are not guaranteed instant and depend on wallet provider and compliance review.
• Instant Payment Rails (e.g., Raast): subject to bank support, daily limits and operator compliance checks.
• Bank Transfer (e.g., HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah): typically one to five business days, subject to bank processing and AML review.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method. In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. CH88 may refuse withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier at the time of request.

6.5 Right to Withhold. CH88 reserves the right to withhold, delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC or any ongoing investigation into the Account.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits and other incentives offered by CH88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, as published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers).

7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game category and are set out in the applicable promotion terms. Users should verify contribution rates before selecting games for bonus wagering.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. A maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies during bonus wagering. Placing stakes in excess of this limit may result in the bonus balance being voided. The maximum bet limit is specified in each promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being forfeited without compensation.

7.6 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to a User once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts or other means constitutes a violation of these Terms.

7.7 CH88 Discretion. CH88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect the position of a User who has already activated the relevant bonus in good faith.

8.1 Game Fairness. All casino games made available through CH88 are supplied by third-party providers and utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats governed by the respective provider's regulatory obligations. CH88 does not operate the games directly and is not responsible for their technical operation.

8.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, server error or technical interruption, any affected game round or bet shall be void and the stake returned to the User's Account. CH88 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Cancellation of Bets. Bets accepted and confirmed on the platform are binding. CH88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the User had prior knowledge of the outcome, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

8.4 RTP Transparency. Return to Player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, are theoretical long-run averages derived over millions of game cycles and do not constitute a guarantee of returns for any individual playing session.

9.1 Commitment. CH88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment and must not be treated as a strategy for generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.2 Available Tools. The platform makes available — subject to operator implementation — responsible gambling tools including:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage their gambling expenditure.
• Loss Limits: Users may restrict the amount they can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Time-based reminders and session duration limits help users monitor their gambling activity.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications about elapsed play time and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Users experiencing gambling-related harm may apply for self-exclusion, during which time their Account will be suspended and all marketing communications ceased. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion are a breach of these Terms.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension for a defined period, shorter than a full self-exclusion.

9.3 Minor Protection. Registration by or on behalf of persons under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. Users who allow minors to access their Account are in breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CH88 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Submitting altered, forged or fraudulent identity documents.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions or bonus structures in bad faith (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "advantage play" in breach of the published terms).
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion would give an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes match-fixing, event manipulation or corruption in connection with any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing CH88 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the platform's underlying technology.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, CH88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s), void all associated balances and bonuses, withhold any pending withdrawals and take such further action — including reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities — as may be appropriate in the circumstances.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the CH88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game imagery, software, interface design, audio and video materials, is the property of CH88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title or any other proprietary interest.

11.3 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any content from the CH88 platform without the prior written consent of CH88.

12.1 No Warranty. The CH88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. CH88 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error or security vulnerability at all times.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CH88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any loss arising from a User's reliance on information contained on the platform.

12.3 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. CH88 accepts no liability for losses sustained through participation in any game or betting activity on the platform. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling losses are a foreseeable and accepted risk of your voluntary participation.

12.4 Third-Party Services. CH88 is not responsible for the acts, omissions or technical performance of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other external service integrated into the platform.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by CH88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. CH88 processes personal data — including identity documents, financial transaction records and usage data — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML obligations and service improvement.

CH88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third parties — such as payment processors, identity verification providers and licensing authorities — where required for operational or compliance purposes. Users have rights in respect of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.1 By CH88. CH88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; provision of false information; prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10; or regulatory requirements. In the event of Account closure due to fraud or material breach, any balance held may be forfeited.

14.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to CH88 customer support. Outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed, and any pending KYC verification completed, before real-money balances can be withdrawn upon closure.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for any reason, your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall remain in full force.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the CH88 operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights that Users may have under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

15.2 Pakistani Law. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation impose restrictions on gambling activities within Pakistan. CH88 does not represent that its services are lawful for use in Pakistan. Users must obtain independent legal advice regarding their specific legal position.

15.3 Disputes. In the event of a dispute between a User and CH88, Users are encouraged to contact customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the applicable operator licence, details of which will be communicated upon request.

CH88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it is reasonably likely to affect Users' rights or obligations — CH88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform, registered email or other appropriate means. The amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued access to or use of the CH88 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2 above.
